Maybe you should post some of the current features so people don't re-post them. It'd be helpful to improve them and read them over and see what the current game supporters think about it.

Anyways you should have a handseal command which lists all 12 handseals. You then choose which handseal order you'd like to perform and it could activate one of the jutsus you currently have obtained, these handseals could be added to commands by being taught them to you in a class or by an npc.
